Description
These adorable Steiff Minnie and Mickey Mouse bears were made for Disney World. They are black “growler” bears. Both have the Steiff button tags on there left ear. - Minnie (011863); Mickey (011269); they are approximately 11” tall. The plaster Minnie mask slips over her face. Unfortunately, Mickey’s mask is missing. Minnie’s right paw is signed and their original tags are attached to the bottom of their paws. They are both growlers. Both are made of genuine mohair. Minnie has the white chest. Mickey is wearing a solid red bow around his neck. Minney is wearing a red/white polka dot bow. On Mickey’s ribbon, it says “Walt Disney World Teddy Bear Convention 1991, Limited Edition of 1,500 pieces”. Aside from Mickey’s missing face mask, they are both in Mint condition. They were displayed in a smoke-free environment, and in a glass display case. Adorable as can be. Disney World is such a wonderful place to see.
