They carry the weight and size of a real newborn baby."   Sandy Faber from her website www.sandysbabies.com               Baby Kahlen   This very realistic looking 20"(52cm) doll is sculpted in Australian clay and cast in a silicone resin.   Next, Sandy Faber artistically brings the baby to life with paint and handrooted hair and eyelashes.  Every detail is lovingly added right down to polish on her fingernails.     She weighs in at 5 lbs. and comes with a variety of outfits, baby toys and a Certificate of Authenticity.     CONDITION: Kahlen is in excellent condition and was very well cared for, there are no chips or scuff markings anywhere.  Does not include original packaging materials.       The original outfit that she came with when originally purchased is included, along with two other outfits that the previous owner has added.  All outfits are in excellent condition.       OUTFITS:   1. The Original Outfit from Sandy Faber is a pink one-piece fleece jumper with a kitten on the left chest - that button snaps down the front, a matching cotton night cap and a pink and white striped undergarment.  She is wrapped in a soft, cotton baby blanket with the kitten image imprinted throughout and has a pacifier attached.       2. A pretty Sunday dress in rich burgundy velour with a white lace collar and white lace trim on the skirt finished with a white bow with a matching baby bonnet.  Matching velour underpants with white leg stockings and white lace baby booties complete the outfit.       3. The third outfit consists of a pretty pink cotton dress with white trim and a white floral belt.  She also has a pink knit sweater with three white buttons down the front.
