Description
VICTORIAN SECRETS This 1 inch scale house was designed by Noel and Pat Thomas. They also built the wood shell. The entire elaborate and detailed finishing was created by Diane M. Smoler. It is constructed of wood, brick, stone, and poly resin architectural castings.The house is totally electrified and it extends to the outdoor lamp post. There are 14 rooms consisting of an entrance hall, living room, dining room, library, music room, master bedroom, sitting room, children's day nursury, night nursury, nanny's room, studio, kitchen, bathroom, and trunk room. It has a cellar and 2 porches. Each room is totally finished, waiting to greet your furniture. They have inlaid wood floors, base boards, crown molding, paint, wallpaper, and 3 dimensional ceilings, There are built-ins, fireplaces, chandeliers, sconces, etched glass, stained glass and draperies. The front staircase has pettipoint stair treads. The house is surrounded by fenced gardens. The gardens contain a path, flower beds, flowering vines, ponds, trees,and a herb garden. there is also a front roadway with room for a horse and carriage. The entire house and gardens sit on a custom made table.
